1. Parties and Definitions

Service Provider: PideSun (Address: Şükran Apt, Caferağa, Moda Cd. 67/B, 34710 Kadıköy/Istanbul).
User/Customer: The natural person placing an order via pidesun.com.
System: The online food ordering platform offered through the website.

2. Subject of the Service

PideSun prepares the products its customers select via the website in its own kitchen, and offers either courier delivery to the specified service areas or self-pickup (PICKUP) from the restaurant.

3. Order and Usage Terms

The user is responsible for entering accurate and complete information (first name, last name, phone, address) when placing an order. PideSun cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.
Orders are accepted based on our kitchen's workload and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse an order in unforeseen circumstances.
Individuals under 18 should not shop through the system without parental permission, even though no alcoholic products are sold.

4. Pricing and Payments

Product prices on the website include VAT.
Payment Method: pidesun.com does not currently have an online payment system. Payments are made only in cash on delivery or by credit card/contactless on delivery .
PICKUP Discount: When the user chooses the “PICKUP” option, they receive a discount at the current campaign rate (currently 15%).

5. Delivery Terms

Delivery is made only to the service areas specified on the “Delivery Information” page.
Each neighborhood has a set “Minimum Order Amount.” Orders below this amount may not be accepted by the system.
Delivery times average 30-50 minutes; external factors such as traffic and adverse weather may change this time.

6. Cancellation, Refunds, and Right of Withdrawal

As food items fall under the category of “perishable goods,” the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders that have entered preparation, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation.
In case of an incorrect or missing item, PideSun undertakes to replace the item or refund the amount. For details, our Cancellation and Refund Terms page applies.

7. Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

The personal data you provide when ordering (name, phone, address, etc.) is not shared with third parties for any purpose other than delivering and invoicing your order. Your data is processed in accordance with KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) regulations.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, images, text, and software code on pidesun.com are copyrighted by PideSun. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Right to Amend

PideSun reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site.
