As PideSun, we deliver the fresh flavors from our kitchen in Kadıköy Moda to your door quickly and safely. You can find detailed information about our ordering process and delivery rules below.

1. Service Options

Delivery to Your Address

We deliver to select neighborhoods in Kadıköy and Üsküdar. Your order is delivered without compromising freshness, in our special insulated bags, by our couriers.

PICKUP Service (15% Discount)

You can place your order on our website with the “PICKUP” option and collect it yourself from our restaurant.

Advantage: For PICKUP orders, an instant 15% discount is applied to the full cart total.
Limit: There is no minimum order amount for PICKUP orders.

2. Delivery Areas and Minimum Order Amounts

We apply a minimum order amount by neighborhood, based on delivery distance. When you select your district and neighborhood at checkout, the applicable limit for that area is checked automatically by the system.

Kadıköy Area

We deliver to all of the following neighborhoods:

Central Neighborhoods: Caferağa, Osmanağa, Rasimpaşa, Hasanpaşa.
Coastal and Inland Lines: Zühtüpaşa, Fenerbahçe, Feneryolu, Acıbadem, Göztepe, Caddebostan, Erenköy, Suadiye, Bostancı, Koşuyolu.
E-5 Line and Other: Eğitim, Dumlupınar, Fikirtepe, 19 Mayıs, Merdivenköy, Sahrayıcedit, Kozyatağı.

Üsküdar Area

We deliver to all of the following neighborhoods:

Acıbadem, Ünalan, Selimiye, Barbaros, Altunizade, Zeynep Kamil, Valide-i Atik.

3. Delivery Times and Conditions

Working Hours: We are open weekdays 11:00 – 23:00, and weekends 09:00 – 23:00.
Delivery Time: Your order is delivered within an average of 40-60 minutes , depending on kitchen workload and traffic conditions.
Weather Conditions: In cases of heavy rainfall or other force majeure situations that threaten courier safety, delivery times may be delayed or service may be temporarily suspended.
Address Accuracy: For your order to reach you, it's important to enter your building number, floor, and apartment details completely.
